מחיקת חשבון ב־WIPE

This page is for the Google Play app WIPE · העסק שלך בכיס (package pe.iw.beauty) by the developer AGAV apps, and for the WIPE systems it signs in to (WIPE Beauty, WIPE Care). You can ask for your account and its data to be deleted at any time, with or without the app:

1. In the app: the More tab (״עוד״) → Delete account (״מחיקת החשבון״) → Delete forever (״מחיקה לתמיד״). The account is deleted on every WIPE system it is on.
2. On the web: sign in at beauty.iw.pe (or care.iw.pe), open Settings (״הגדרות״) and choose Delete account (״למחוק את החשבון״).
3. By email: write to support@iw.pe from the account's address with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it and confirm by email.

What is deleted: the account (name, email, phone, Google or Apple sign-in), its sites, bookings, inquiries, reviews, photos and notification devices; any Pro subscription is cancelled. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. What is kept: infrastructure backups may keep a copy for up to 30 days before it is erased, and invoices are kept as long as the law requires.

Deleting some data and keeping the account: a single site and everything in it (photos, inquiries, bookings, articles, data) can be deleted on the web under Settings (״הגדרות״) → Delete this site (״למחוק את האתר הזה״). For any other specific data, such as an inquiry, a booking or a photo, write to support@iw.pe from the account's address and we delete it.
